Having worked in the travel and hospitality for all my working life, my extensive industry experience allowed me to identify the unique challenges facing hoteliers relating to insufficient technology as well as the opportunities an increasingly digitalised world could provide. Having identified the importance of empowering properties with software solutions which allow them to manage their own online content, rates, and inventory distribution, Levart was established. Under this platform we set about developing technology solutions which saved clients time and money and permitted distribution to a broader market. The rise of online travel agents greatly increased the significance of sophisticated, yet easy-to-use booking engine and channel management software that could allow hotels to better control their inventory and maintain revenue growth whilst balancing commission costs from online travel agents. We have continued this innovative focus, thinking outside the box to deliver features and functionality which continue to provide revenue opportunities for our clients. This forward thinking is part of our DNA.
