As a Project Engineer I helped facilitate field operations by providing permits, tracking and executing deliverables, update drawings, create and manage logistical drawings, and provide community outreach with neighboring contractors and tenants.The project, 181 Fremont, is a commercial and luxury residential tower located at 181 Fremont St. San Francisco. This building was expected to be the tallest building at the time of completion in S.F. and will consist of 2/3'rds commercial and 64 high end condos. 181 Fremont will be an exo-skelton steel structure with a multi-angle planed sawtooth curtain wall enclosing 550,000 SF. The project is heading into construction pre-certified LEED Platinum while resting on San Francisco's deepest foundation ever drilled.
