I have over 30 years' experience of providing IT Risk Management, Governance and Consultancy services to both commercial and public organisations.I have been involved in the design, development and implementation of commercial software systems for more than 30 years and have extensive experience in the provision of specialist IT consultancy services including data mining, IT controls assessment and risk management reviews, data analytics and system integrity checks.I have experience of acting as an IT Expert in cases of arbitration and litigation and have supported Expert Accountants in matters that have required data analysis and data reconstruction. In this capacity, I developed a bespoke database system designed to process and analyse insurance data to support a multi-million pound claim against the previous owners of an insurance services company.I have many years' experience of drafting and negotiating IT contracts covering software licensing, software development, software support, network support and project implementation. I have extensive experience of helping clients negotiate IT contracts and have acted as an advisor in IT contract disputes for both public and private sector organisations.
