Providing solutions and support to Schools, Colleges and organisations in the following - - Review of staff resilience to Critical Incidents.- Review and Quality Assurance of Critical Incident/Contingency Plans, such as partial and full 'Lockdown', Fire, Intruder, Suspect package/bomb threat procedures. - Senior Team Support (Nominated Critical Incident Team).- Core staff awareness training.- Desk-top exercises and support.

Working in Juvenile Custody (Secure Training Centres) with young people between the ages of 12 & 18 yrs old on remand and serving sentences. Primary responsibilities was the logistical management, safety and security of the establishment, managing a robust regime and a proactive workforce. Overseeing key strategic strategies to develop and deliver supportive behavioural management within a secure setting. Management and quality assurance of contingency planning and restraint minimisation programmes , partnership working with emergency services and professional partnership working with agencies such as Counter Terrorism and Channel. Collaborative working with the Ministry of Justice and the Youth Justice Board to deliver STC contracts. Part of a successful management team taking a Secure Training Centre from 'OFSTED' rated 'Inadequate' to 'Outstanding' within 18 months. Implementation manager of two successful Community Payback contracts with Milton Keynes Youth Offending Team and Buckinghamshire Youth Offending Team. Developed and managed the pilot for the implementation of 'Body Worn Cameras' as a behavioural management application for staff within Secure Training Centres. This was a success and is know being applied across the juvenile secure estate.
