Thank you for taking the time to review my summary I am a very practicable person with a hand on operational approach. My experience enhances my ability to provide excellent coaching, mentoring and development skills within my roles. Previous experience 15 years TNT and 11 years with Transpacific / Cleanaway before accepting the Operation Superintendents role within Otraco. I then transferred these skills to the Kal Tire team for a period of time and now I am pleased to say I am with Maca Mining in the training arena. With a HSE background but my passion lies with operations. These two areas of work have enhanced my skills and provides me with a very balanced view from both sides of the business. My current role is Superintendent Training for the Maca Mining and the opportunity for me to enhance my knowledge, experience and management skills within the mining industry. My goal is to pass on these skills to my teams. I Have also worked from the West Coast Eagle after completing ten years’ service. The roles carried out have varied from trainer, masseur, and Hydration coordinator. High standard in taping techniques, injury management and other required skills while maintaining a very high standard and professionalism. During my employment within the Operational, HSE and the AFL, I have developed a wide range of skills in the areas of coaching, mentoring, team building, risk management, management systems, auditing, inspections, investigations, and continuous improvement. Along with the required skills of networking communicating and generating new relationships with clients, contractors, Management and staff I believe the following are most relevant to my position.I am dedicated to ensuring that the desired individual and team inputs and outputs are achieved whilst maintaining a professional approach to everything I do. I have a very strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and have the proven ability to contribute to an enjoyable work environment, productive and most importantly a safe working environment.
