We have performed some of the largest land conversations world wide from degraded land to the highest production farmlands. We can do away with the need to use chemical fertilisers and achieve better than organic results at a fraction of the cost. We then add in renewable fuel and power using feedstock grown on the land . We also have vertical growrooms that can produce sprouted barley to feed over 5000 head of cattle , dairy, sheep, pigs and chickens. This is a complete circular economy.

He has designed, developed and implemented highly specialised land conversion, forestry, agriculture and silviculture machinery, systems and methodologies as well as implemented them in the field. Most notably Ian’s work and systems were employed in the largest single site land conversion in the world, in Southern New Zealand, doing a land conversion from pine forests to dairy farmland. The outcome of the work and methodologies used in this conversion resulted in an increase of 3 to 4 tons per hectare of growth over and above the 200 year old farmland around it.Through this process Ian has gained a in depth knowledge of biochar and the vertical integration of this into potting or seedling media, soil amendments, bio remediation of soils, growing media, carbon sinks and  Ian was also the head consultant for bio‐mass suitability and sustainability in the first bio‐mass power station to generate electricity and green credits in Australia.
