Development Manager for the Mercedes F1 Team and is responsible for upgrading and extending the facility to create a world class engineering business.A member of the Chartered Institute of Building with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. I originally trained in architecture and have extensive experience of designing and detailing building projects, later moving into construction project management I have over 20 years experience delivering complex projects to the highest standards, on time and budget. As an expert in delivering projects around a live environment minimising the impacts on the wider business we have been able to refurbish many areas of the facility without impacting our performance on the track. I am also a Director at Exemplar Design Ltd which specialises in construction project management.I am a qualified furniture designer and in 2011 I was invited to be Artist in Residence at the Rycotewood Furniture Centre and spent a year at the college inspiring and helping the students.I have lectured at the National School of Furniture, taught Cabinet Making skills and separately undertaken seminars on the DDA act.
