Over the last year, I have supported our contract in delivering outstanding compliance results. I have taken a task focused team and developed them into outstanding compliance and call quality coaches. All results have been delivered following structured action plans devised with continuous improvement at the heart. These plans have taken the sites results from strength to strength being recognised nationally by our client.
