The project is taking the opportunity to visit the end user requirement for the connection model.• Managed the deployment of an enhanced aerospace CAD system to company offices word-wide, this will allow for closer collaboration to be undertaken with partners and reduce the overall cost of aerospace project delivery.• Working with third-party suppliers I project managed the delivery of a customs warehouse system to interface with HMRC, the forecasted savings for the new system is expected to be 25% in year one.• Delivered stakeholder and risk management within ICT and the business, this is an area not encouraged before but is aimed at enhancing project delivery
