I am responsible for the Operational and Sales of the Shepton Mallet depot of Fresh to Store. I am responsible for ensuring that all our vans leave the depot in the morning and head out to the correct stores. I am responsible for ensuring that the vans are maintained adhering to all regulatory practice. In addition I ensure the depot itself meets all regulatory requirements. it is also my responsibility to manage 20 members of staff, dealing with sickness, payroll and disciplinary issues. I was part ifa team of 12 who were responsible for selling comet products through third party companies. I dealt with day to day management such as sickness and working hours as well as sales management such as training and pushing targets. I was made redundant in December 2012.
