I am a Leisure Marketing graduate with many years’ experience in both private and public sectors; working in destination marketing, business support, town centre management and regeneration. After 15 years in Cornwall I returned home in April 2021 and initially worked as an Economic Development Officer at Rossendale Borough Council, where my responsibilities included tourism development and marketing.In January 2022 I joined Marketing Lancashire as Partnerships Manager and I am responsible for looking after 500+ tourism, leisure, and hospitality Visit Lancashire partners. This also includes seeking out new partnership opportunities that help showcase and bring economic benefits to the county. Due to my marketing background I am also able to provide advice in this discipline to businesses who may need additional support.Outside of work I am a very keen photographer. I have been published on many occasions including in the biggest surfing magazine in the world. My photography has also been used commercially including an advertising campaign on the London Underground; this to promote Newquay as a tourist destination. I am a member of the RSPB and love walking, live music and I am a season ticket holder at Burnley Football Club.
