I have a passion for success and a strong eye for perfection. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. Alongside another business, I set up a company dealing with general property maintenance, utilising the DIY skills I had gained over the years, which included a complete property refurbishment. After a successful few years’, I moved solely to focus on my maintenance business.Having been very successful working with several Estate Agents to maintain properties in their managed portfolios, I became their ‘go- to’ maintenance person. Due to increased workload, I decided to solely work with one established and well- known, reputable Estate Agent, maintaining their properties across Hertfordshire & Essex. Within this role, I would liaise with and manage sub-contractors of various trades.Wanting to continue broadening my skills and experience, in 2023, I decided to join a larger firm, where I am currently their sole multi-trade maintenance person. We deal with an array of clientele ranging from; Insurance companies, Private property owners, Landlords/ Investors, New Build Developers, Affordable & Social Housing.Range of works include, but are not limited to; Extensive range of general remedial property maintenance, plumbing, electrics, carpentry, painting/ decorating, tiling, fencing, garden maintenance etc. When required, I am responsible for overseeing various trades to complete full renovation projects for properties involved with insurance claims.
