Adhere to strict QA/QC requirements; Operate lab instrument/equipment such as pipettes, shakers, centrifuges, pH meters, balances etc; Perform instrument/equipment calibration and maintenance as required; Perform sample preparation such as weighing samples, sample extraction and sample concentration; Prepare all required reagents, standards, reference material, etc; Carry out all required data processing (i.e. calculations, data review, data entry etc.); Work in accordance with safety procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act General laboratory/glassware clean-up and maintenance; Produce all tasks within specific turn around times (TAT); Use correct methods in accordance with the established procedures and schedules while ensuring analytical quality

Assists with staking of right-of ways, preliminary surveys, record plan surveys, and utility stakingMaintain, operate and transporting survey equipment on the job siteSets up traffic safety and control devices at the work site to ensure the safety of the crew
