I am an experienced, qualified leader and have studied and carried out a variety of roles for over 15 years within the Residential and Commercial Property Sector. Throughout my career I have specialised in Social Housing, Performance and Change Management, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Engagement, Sales and Home Ownership, Tenancy Sustainability, Customer Service, Leasehold and Commercial Property and Neighbourhood Management.
