I am passionate about people and technology. My dad had one of the first-ever cell phones in a box as big as a small suitcase when I was just old enough to remember. That sparked my interest in technology and what it can do for people. Volunteering in various capacities throughout the years, I found myself helping in the audio/visual and technology aspects often. The most meaningful and happy moments of my life is reaching and helping people through the work I’m involved in. Whether it’s making that personal connection with a customer, client, or colleague; I love problem-solving and seeing that ‘ah-ha’ moment when someone learns something new and becomes successful with that new knowledge. My time with Verizon Wireless and ECI Software Solutions over the last 20 years come with so much I can offer to any company needing these vital skills. My experience includes help-desk support up to a tier 3 technician, technical training, onboarding training, supervisory, escalation-management, and leadership roles. Managing projects like reducing onboarding while increasing retention has been a key aspect of my success. With my keen ability to connect customer and business needs, I have been central in high-level escalation management and building customer success management in teams. I have gained certifications including A+ (CompTIA), ITIL (People Cert), Management Certification (Verizon Wireless), and am currently in the last year of completing my I.T. Cloud Computing Engineer degree with WGU.
