Amalgamation is a unique dining experience located in the South Bay Area. We provide a unique experience at every event. As a pop up kitchen, we are able to offer this experience at a different location each time. As the front of house manager, I help to hire and schedule all servers, bartenders, and any other help we may need. I communicate the menu before service and ensure our staff has the necessary information to give the best service possible. In addition to that, I am solely responsible for creating and crafting each cocktail, and creating a wine pairing for each dinner.

Provided a welcoming environment while maintaining drink consistency. Up selling and drink pairings were used as tools to increase total sales.

Knowledge of entire drink menu, including coffee and tea offerings. Maintained drink consistency and speed of service, while connecting with customers and creating a welcoming environment.

Supervisor of up to six employees during any given shift. Task delegation, and overseeing all aspects of nightly functions within the store. I was also responsible for four cash drawers and the balancing of the safe on a nightly basis.
