I managed the Hewlett Packard business division reporting to the Sales Director.Turnover of €48million with a team of ten account managers.This was a challenging and rewarding role where we grew the business year on year, surpassing all expected targets through the reseller channel in Ireland.

I played a pivotal part in growing this IT distribution company from an annual turnover of €3 million to €35 million over a ten year period. I built a motivated and driven team of twenty five account and product managers selling best of breed products from vendors including : Microsoft, Xerox, Canon, Fujitsu. We became the Number One distributer for Microsoft licensing , scaling into the UK.

I grew the reseller channel for Canon from eleven resellers in 1990 to over five hunderd in 1994.I exceeded my targets as recruiting and retaining customers are some of my primary skills. I worked closely with marketing and logistics to ensure a smooth delivery of the massive increase in volume. It was a very demanding but enjoyable role which bore fruitful relationships the developed alomg with my career.
