He travels with TSMUS athletes to international competitions and major championships providing the necessary support so each athlete can maximize their performance on the track. Ian supervises the TSMUS overseas base camp and administers the training programs of athletes who are away from their regular coaches. He also coordinates TSMUS athlete competition entry and travel .
