Ensuring that the departments meet Company Standards and Store Targets Maintain the holiday booking system for the teams Complete the rotas for the teams on a week on week basis Ensure the departments are stocked and run effectively and legally on a shift on shift basis Ensure waste and mark downs are kept to a minimum, by adhering to production planning. Thus ensuring company and store targets are met Ensure legal compliance of all department paperwork
