Healthcoach by Laya Healthcare offers a face to face consultation with a qualified healthcoach who will design a health programme specific to you and your goals. • Develop personalised health programmes for clients encompassing nutrition, fitness & mental wellbeing using a dedicated app.• Work with corporate companies and in a clinic setting providing health checks including blood pressure, blood glucose, body composition testing, lung function & fitness testing.

Delivered educational lectures and workshops to primary & secondary schools throughout Ireland on nutrition, health and exercise.

Assisted the lead strength and conditioning coaches with the Summer rugby development programmes in addition to working as a performance nutritionist (volunteer) providing nutritional support as part of my MSc thesis to the age grade interprovincial squads.
