> Global Lead for a team of experienced finance professionals across EMEA, APAC and the Americas with the remit to deliver all Client related management reporting to the Investment Bank> Co-ordination of a clear and structured stakeholder engagement programme to ensure scarce resources are directed towards the most pressing / value add deliveries.> Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of a constantly evolving book of work covering both 'run the bank' and 'change the bank' priorities> Delivery of an efficient and sustainable outsourced reporting team based out of Poland> Ownership of all IB Client Reporting related ORI's and Audit items. A close working relationship with both auditors and Legal and Compliance was an important part of this role to ensure that all audit points and ORIs are tracked and delivered on time.

> Overall responsibility for all MI output, Senior Relationship Management, Data Integrity and Change the Bank project co-ordination for the Client Reporting Team in London. > MI output of the team covers subjects including, but not limited to : Equities, Fixed Income, FX and IBD revenue reporting / Client Profitability / external survey collation, interpretation and distribution / Interaction and Segmentation reporting

> Delivery of Client MI to senior Investment Bank stakeholders> Constant evolution of subject content to ensure the Equities division are supplied with the most accurate & relevent information to assist with the running of the Equities Distribution business

> QA testing of new software systems to ensure fit for purpose> Clearing the trade exception queues to ensure the reporting of client revenues is timely and accurate
