I run my own company which specialises in coaching, leadership and human resources capability. I have had over 30 years of working with a range of blue-chip and entrepreneurial companies as well as large scale public organisations advising in the field of Talent, Leadership Development and Coaching. I also work with a number of leading business schools. I am able to combine a wealth of expertise from working for organisations such as Shell, Diageo, Tesco and the Singapore Civil Service together with cutting edge applied researchWorking on a National and International Basis my approach is to deliver relevant and pragmatic solutions which in turn positively impact on the bottom line and organisational effectiveness. Examples include working in the Middle East teaching Directors how to coach. Latterly I have run HR capability workshops in Malaysia.
