Project Manager for the Downtown Event and Entertainment District (District) Plan. This project is to establish the District as hub for entertainment and cultural activities with vibrant spaces that are welcoming and accessible for everyone. This work includes managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing the project scope, budget, schedule and project staff.

• Project Manager responsible for the City’s Corridor Planning Program, which included managing a multi-disciplinary team for several initiatives and sub-projects related to implementing the Corridor Planning Program. Coordinated and approved work schedules, work plans, risk management documents, work breakdown structure, responsibility assignment matrix (RACI charts) and staff tasks.• Project lead for the University Sector Plan which established a framework for land use, servicing and transportation networks within the City of Saskatoon’s identified ‘Strategic Infill’ area. Coordinated and facilitated work plans, schedules and reporting to City Committees, and City Council.• Project Coordinator for the 2019 and 2020 Growth Monitoring Report, directing a project team in the execution of a comprehensive annual data report for presentation to City Council for decision making.

• Project manager for various tasks related to land development, including subdivision plans, rezoning applications and various planning studies. Assisted in the creation of new neighbourhood concept plans.• Coordinated and monitored the implementation of safety-related recommendations from Local Area Plans and CPTED Working Group Reviews, including responding to enquiries and assisting with schedule and budget preparation.• Administered the City of Saskatoon Affordable Housing Incentive programs.
