ICC operates two divisions. Canadian National Recruitment and International Recruitment. The Canadian Division specialises in the temporary and permanent placement of all types of engineering, design, construction and manufacturing management and supervision, safety, QA and skilled trades personnel. The International Division provides Canadian companies with personnel from the Philippines, Australia and the UK in the same disciplines as our National Recruitment Division. .We also provide a "position mapping" service to enable companies to develop a "person specification" based on a company's already successful team members. .

Established Roevin in Canada and built the company into one of Canada's largest engineering, technical and skilled trades employment businesses.Responsible for all business and financial activities related to the temporary and permanent placement of all levels and disciplines of technical, engineering and skilled trades personnel from both domestic and international resources to companies across Canada. Prior to establishing Roevin in Canada, was responsible for establishing Roevin operations in Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi together with responsibility for all construction personnel.
