I'm the product manager leading the identity/security/compliance product team in Lark (https://www.larksuite.com). My mission is to establish top-tier security and compliance features within the Lark Suite of collaboration tools, rivaling the industry standards set by leading products such as M365 and Google Workspace.

Leading a team of Program Managers and working with several teams of developers on providing the identity, directory, locator, and authentication platforms for core Office 365 products, such as Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, etc. My responsibility includes determining and prioritizing new identity platform capabilities needed by Microsoft internal partner teams as well as suite-wide customer-facing features spanning multiple Office products. Additionally, my team and I are responsible for determining areas of improvement regarding platform supportability, resiliency, and efficiency, which focuses on capacity planning, COGs of the identity platform, future platform innovation with dependencies on partner teams.

Technical Program Manager worked with a team of engineers to build the Cloud infrastructure for Microsoft Exchange as an online product, which led the Office 365 Suite offering within Microsoft, as part of Microsoft's journey to embrace SaaS. My areas of responsibility and expertise are around building the directory, provisioning, load balancing, and capacity management infrastructure of Exchange Online. Additionally, I owned the management experience used by Exchange Online customers such as Exchange Admin Web Console, Remote PowerShell, and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
