In my 25 years of working in a higher educational setting, I have focused on student involvement and leadership. An engaged student succeeds and I take pride in working with college students to instill in them a sense of ownership in their college experience, providing them opportunities to make positive contributions to campus life, through club membership, event planning, and leadership development.Additionally, I am available for leadership training for university and corporate events. A colleague and I have developed a unique leadership training model based on both of our experiences performing improvisational comedy. Through fun and engaging workshops we provide an opportunity for participants to learn new skills to achieve their leadership goals.
