Came to the point where I can easily create a fun filled ,active and creative lesson plan with a min effort.Teaching has become a part of my nature: I live it , I dream it. Love watching my students grow and learning progress. The professional skills are on fire but I keep learning and improving myself to be a high-quality effective teacher.

Going PRO in ESL. Brought much fun to my classroom. Upgraded my classroom management skills. Was promoted to Foreign Department Manager. Was praised by school administration for the work contribution.

Worked mostly with preschoolers and some toddlers. That's when you learn patience and risk taking. Came around some new learning methods, upgraded my lesson plans and expanded the list of my teaching tools.

My first ESL Teacher job was all about adaptability. I dived in the teacher's world of lesson plans, teaching tools and methods and it went great. The culture shock was minimal. The school itself provided a super-friendly environment for foreign teachers and the kids were amazing in all aspects.
