Direct a group comprised of 50 of Milwaukee’s future civic leaders, providing connections and focused leadership development to help create change within Milwaukee and the region.

Specialize in the delivery of consultative services to large corporate clients around implementation of programs that attract, engage and retain top-performing millennials. In addition, I also participate in paid speaking engagements, helping groups and organizations interpret millennial trends, attitudes and tendencies to better understand and engage with this pivotal generation.

Work with local and city officials on civic engagement and community development projects around the Milwaukee and Midwest region. Examples of current projects include The Rock Sports Complex in Franklin, WI as well as similar projects in Kokomo and Hobart, Indiana.

In 2009, founded Newaukee, an organization focused on connecting and empowering young professionals in Milwaukee through engaging events, programming and volunteer activities. Within just 3 years, with Ians guidance and leadership Newaukee became the largest such group in the central united states with over 100,000+ event attendees annually, 5,000+ membership base, corporate clients such as Associated Bank, Kohls, Northwestern Mutual, Manpower and more. The group responsible for such major initiatives as the Statewide YP Week program, West Wisconsin Avenue Night Market and Urban Island Beach Party. A true sign of leadership, Newaukee continues to thrive following Ian’s departure in 2016.
