CurrentContent Operations is responsible for publishing and scheduling activities for various FOX networks, products, platforms, and partners. The Content Operations Manager is the go-to-person on all things around content publishing, content policies, content management systems, as well as being involved in technical and architectural discussion to help shape and define future enhancements in internal tools, user experience, and operational support.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a team of 7 – 10 people.Hire, train, and lead the digital content operations team, ensuring day-to-day metadata and key-art are published completely, on-time, error free, and meets all the editorial standards.Continuously improve team process and Standard Operating Procedures.Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs and Runbooks for the team.Manage Program Scheduling and Listings. Execute a variety of live operations such as contingency, bonus and social content, and 4K events.Confirm blackout rules, regionalization, and live policies are applied correctly.Partner with Product and Development teams to provide operational feedback and improve the internal tools, workflows, and downstream applications as well as be part of roadmap discussions.Work with different partners, departments, and teams for any assist and troubleshooting to ensure on-time asset delivery and compliances. Problem solves all content issues and provide RCA reports.Create and send various daily/weekly reports.
