OwnerDoberman Building Company Llc May 2015 - Dec 2022Doberman Building Company was an investment management and tax planning structure designed to allow for additional compensation to myself and my family while support business operations at both Doberman Technologies (My old IT Service company) and Managed Sales Pros (the telemarketing agency I helped package and sell). Through running that organization, I learned invaluable lessons around tax planning and strategy, wealth creation, profit and loss management, real estate strategy and sales, and liquidation events. I utilize these skills today when consulting with other entrepreneurs on how they can meet their vision and success targets.

Chief Executive Officer - FractionalManaged Sales Pros Llc Apr 2022 - Nov 2022I was brought into Managed Sales Pros with a specific charge of fixing and optimizing processes, documentation, and sales strategy to support a successful planned exit of the founder and owner of the organization. Over the course of 6 months, I worked with the owner and operations manager of Next Level Services, the identified buyer, to optimize business process, fill in documentation holes, formalize a sales process and cadence, and acquire new business to support the needed valuation for sale.
