Just what is Picking?Well, picking is shopping the best quality products to fulfill customer orders. Pickers are made to wear wrist-mounted devices to find and effectively "pick" the items for the customers.So pickers essentially just do that?No, not just that. Pickers need to have the physical and mental capabilities to work in the odd hours of the day and be able to work well under pressure to make sure the orders are dispatched to the vans on time. Pickers also require good communication skills as online fulfillment of big orders (a lot of items) needs teamwork.
