Sub-Contracted to work with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality on research identifying statewide diesel emissions and how to distribute statewide equipment initiatives equitably.

Analysis of the urban forest in the City of Eugene. Finding and quantifying trees in the public right of way along with city owned parks. Developing answers and strategies to achieve Triple Bottom Line goals for both the present and future.
