This included introducing product management (new product development and introduction) processes globally as these were not practised previously in the acquired company.► Organisational Culture: Educated the workforce and led from the top as an ethics officer contributing significantly to the cultivation of an ethical organisational culture; key involvement in the evolution of NDC Technologies’ code of business ethics. ► International Management and Expansion: Oversaw NDC Technologies’ (a company comprised 90% exports) global distribution channels with an initial focus on Europe before expanding to Latin America and Asia, especially China. ► Far East Business Strategy: Developed the Far East business strategy, especially China and Japan, with China comprising nearly 20% of business revenue from a base of less than ~5%.► Product Launch: Released a line of next-generation infrared products.
