Ian Billen is currently an active Digital Artist, Working Photographer, and Music Production Consultant. As well, Ian has a very strong Information Technology Support and Training Background. In 2003 he obtained the Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) designation and has successfully taught a number of major computer networking certifications over the past nineteen years. Aside from Information Technology Training Ian has also held / trained courses in audio engineering and music production. In the early stages of his audio career Ian spent most of his nights writing music reviews and entertainment editorials before finally relocating to the state of Arizona to completely immerse himself in the audio domain by attending the prestigious Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences (CRAS) in Tempe. There, he graduated from the school's Master Recording Program with an emphasis in music production. Immediately following, Ian ventured to the city of Los Angeles to begin hands on work in the music industry. After amassing a large quantity of experience working and recording in various studios in the Los Angeles metropolitan area he eventually reconnected back east with his long-time working collaborator, Jay White in forming an audio production partnership now known as Album Production Works. At the present (2021) Ian spends most of his working hours developing Digital Art items, working on Photography Projects and persuing Music Production Assignments at various recording studios in Ohio / Western Pennsylvania and New York City. Three times each year (April, July, and October) Ian holds a five day Information Technology Related Seminar at different locations in the Northeast portion of The United States.
