• Working closely with the Parts Distribution Operations Manager• Roll out the project at the identified PSDC sites in line with the ‘core model’• Carry out an initial ‘needs assessment’ covering: stock, warehouse, building and access, systems (internal & external), equipment (fixed & variable), Human Resources (fixed & variable) and logistics (internal & external)• With the PSDC construct an implementation Action Plan with realistic timings, resource planning, communication (internal & Spokes) as well as clearly defined SLA and KPI targets• Manage the PSDC in implementing the Action Plan including: parts purchasing, logistics and sales, HR changes (including recruitment of sales staff), optimising current and new processes (on ‘lean’ principles) and Managing the attachment of Spokes• Training and coaching of personnel• Handover of operational PSDC in line with ‘core’ model (including ‘must haves’), within 2 weeks of final Spoke attachment whilst meeting SLA criteria and measuring against KPIs
