Responsible for all content on ING's behavioural economics and personal finance website www.ezonomics.com. That website has now been subsumed into the consumker tab of ING's THINK website https://think.ing.com/ .Leader and joint author of the ING International Surveys (https://think.ing.com/consumer/ing-international-survey/ ). The surveys explore consumer attitudes across Europe,the USA and Australia to three topics in personal finance - saving, mobile banking and new payment technologies, and homes and mortgages. Each topic is surveyed yearly. The surveys sample nearly 15,000 people in 15 countries and are possibly the largest repeated survey of consumer attitudes in Europe to money and retail banking.
