APMG International is a global market leading Accreditation and Examination Institute which accredits training and consulting organisations and manages certification schemes for professionals. My role as a Project Manager sits within the Product Development team at APMG.As a Project Manager the role is to develop and deliver new qualification and accreditation schemes through initiation, development, pilot and launch phases. Where required, my role also involves the continued maintenance and operational running of certification schemes.I am required to create project documentation, including budgets and project plans, to support the project work I undertake, and am required to report against these.

This was a project manager role, delivering a variety of meetings and events, such as sales force meetings, investigator meetings, incentive trips and product launches, predominantly within the pharmaceutical sector. This was a fast-paced and extremely demanding business sector, which requires high levels of accuracy and superb delivery.
