CurrentWills and Property DisputesI am a partner in the Disputes team at Wards and specialise in Probate and Trusts disputes, and Property-related matters.I have been with the firm for over 20 years and have wide experience in helping people with all aspects of disputes arising out of inheritance matters. It is work that requires some sensitivity and empathy, as well as legal precision, as the clients have suffered emotional loss as well. My work has involved challenging the validity of wills, obtaining compensation where people have been disinherited, correcting matters where trusts have been wrongly administered and trustees need to account for the money that was in their care. The work inevitably involves a lot of disputes over houses and land generally, as well. I deal with all such matters and more. I also deal with cases where solicitors have been at fault in relation to wills and estates (professional negligence).
