Head of Product for the public Twitter API and Twitter’s enterprise data licensing business. Led the strategy shift from a narrow focus on enterprise developers to revitalizing Twitter's relationship with a developers generally — people building for consumers, businesses, research and more.

Led multiple startup projects within Twitter that overlapped consumers, businesses, and developers:- Founding PM for team focused on business messaging and customer service on Twitter- Launched a new team to stop bad actors from using the Twitter API- Led product explorations around new monetization opportunities, including consumer subscription

Led a cross-functional team helping global brands use Twitter data for consumer insights & market research.

Led multiple new product initiatives to expand our social data APIs that were the early backbone of the social media monitoring & analytics ecosystem. Gnip was acquired by Twitter in April 2014.

Product strategy advisor in the govtech space. Client projects included supporting WhiteHouse.gov, UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, and a Johns Hopkins/USAID public health project.

Third employee. Joined to manage client projects and then help the team increase shift to our own product development efforts. We built three products: Managing News (news aggregator), Open Atrium (team collaboration), and eventually launched Mapbox in 2010, which later spun out as its own company.

Led research, wrote, and blogged for a small political and public policy consulting shop. Managed our primary technical project for the UN Foundation. Clients included international health NGOs and political campaigns.
