• Reporting to the Director of Sales, drive a $80m project to aggressively expand the Vodafone retail network via 70 branded and 50 non-branded retail points of presence over 18 months (the 3rd ranked corporate priority for VHA in 2015)• Leading a team of five as well as cross-functional team of 20+ across Sales, Marketing, IT/Networks, Customer Operations & Finance to ensure a timely and on-budget delivery of aggressive targets

• Developed and implemented the end to end distribution strategy for Vodafone encompassing retail footprint, channel profitability, productivity and site & channel selection. Incorporating exclusive retail, non-exclusive retail, mass/supermarket, business, online and direct channels impacting direct (~2,500) and indirect employees• Creation of channel profitability model, methodology and governance throughout VHA. Monitoring and influencing cross functional change through a standardised channel scorecard that drives profitability whilst ensuring a balanced approach aligned to Vodafone strategic and customer experience objectives

• Management of $40m budget, financial insights and commercial decision support to the GM of Digital & Direct Channels and Director of Customer Operations• Development of business cases and recommendations for major Capex initiatives, Opex opportunities and product/pricing changes on the eStore platform• Lead annual operational and financial planning

• Lead the Direct Commissions team of four in the accurate and well governed calculation of all VHA internal staff commissions (~2,500 employees)• Gain and maintain expertise in aligning compensation plans and develop a method of processing commission calculation & governance in expected time-frames to meet new business requirements

• Manage month end reporting responsibilities for the commissions' team. Providing journalling and supporting reports to GL teams.• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders RE commissions reporting queries and requirements.

• Communicate all weekly payment to Business Partners and action associated queries relating to payments• Accurate and timely processing of all manual payments and transactions paid through the Distribution Finance Division including Airtime, requests raised by the Commercial Division, Premium Text Managed Partners, VLive Partners, and Retail Store Supplier Payments• Internal and external stakeholder management for all financial based queries

• Track all mortgage loans from approval to settlement• Liaise with brokers & solicitors to ensure loan documents are prepared correctly and swiftly Track loan documents from solicitor to broker/borrower; ensure timely return of signed and completed documents
