This involved setting the strategic direction; creating infrastructure, hiring , managing risk/ governance and working with management teams through complex change processes to bring about material improvement in large-scale global equity and wealth operations. My experience includes 20 + years of Board Directorships; Global Distribution of Securities, Governance: Risk Management ; Equity Capital Markets; and working closely with International Exchanges and Regulators. - Inducted into the Stockbrokers Hall of Fame in 2015 and today sit on ASIC’s Market Disciplinary Panel (MDP) and the Financial Services Credit Panel (FSC).Skills include Strategic Planning; Organisational Leadership, Governance, Capital Markets and Capital Structure/Raisings.
