I am highly experienced director, consultant, author, mentor, facilitator and speaker with over 20 years’ experience in project, programme and portfolio management, organisational change and learning. I am an advisor to many organisations and industry bodies on project management best practice. ✅ I am a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM)✅ I am a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP)✅ I was an author of the APM Body of Knowledge (BoK) 6✅ I was a member of the Global Review Group for PRINCE2 6th and 7th Editions, and MSP 5th Edition✅ I was on the technical advisory board for the development of the APM Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, and also for the update to the APM suite of certifications. ✅ I am a regular contributor for Project Manager Today Magazine, APM and PeopleCert blogs, and the APM Projecting the Future initiative. ✅ I have published over 100 articles, blog, papers on project management.I am passionate about helping organisations improve PPM delivery, and encouraging the next generation of PPM professionals.
