In May 1997, Mercury Communications was merged with 3 cable operators in the UK (Videotron, Nynex, and Bell Cablemedia) and re-launched as Cable & Wireless Communications.Responsible for B2C and B2B call rating as well all aspects of Interconnect / Carrier Billing. During the merger completed the implementation of a major, highly complex tariff migration project ahead of sister divisions, considerably under budget and played a key role in the migration and convergence of several billing systems across the group. Managed Operations in the former Bell Cablemedia when key staff were lost.
