In 2008, ten years into an enlightening UK adventure, Ian put his extensive commercial experience and marketing knowledge to maximum personal use and developed a new restaurant concept which is currently ranked in the top 10% of London restaurants on TripAdvisor. Serving up to 350 low-cost meals daily, seven days a week, Ian's team are rewarded with profit sharing incentives and promotion from within. While proudly occupying the 'cheap eats' end of the casual dining market, Mamuśka! prides itself in being environmentally friendly and promoting sustainability wherever possible.
