This mapping allowed for increased visibility to manual process & manually edited data opportunities to prioritize further automated solutions & reduce risk associated to commodity trading.- Procurement Cost Savings Program Management: Program Management Office support for the Procurement organization & a major savings initiative focused on pallet optimization. Documented process flows, established partnerships with necessary stakeholders & drove implementation of cost savings projects across the Tyson Foods production & distribution network.- Finance Transformation: Replaced manually generated status reporting & a bi-weekly call with 60+ participants with near real time centrally located dashboarding. Restructured bi-weekly call to reduce meeting time of senior Finance organization leaders to a as-necessary 15 minute bi-weekly review of key actions necessary to unblock any of the 100+ initiatives included in the overall transformation.

After this migration, I created dashboard views that could provide valuable insights into our hiring process. This view boasted a ~10 second refresh time for a program wide dashboard, reduced down from countless hours of collating spreadsheet data for a similar result.- Technology Development Program Interviewing: Conducted 25 interviews through March 2017.
