I was Head of Projects and Deputy to the Vanguard Director for Symphony, an NHS England Vanguard programme. Symphony set out to deliver significant change in the healthcare system. The programme won Awards for innovation from NHS England and was named as the overall winner in the Primary Care category at the BMJ Awards in 2018.My role was to head up project management and stakeholder relationships ensuring timely and accurate delivery against plan. I was directly responsible for a multi-million pound budget, working directly with more than 20 organisations senior leadership on a wide variety of projects. As a result of my work I was given the iCare leadership award and interviewed as part of the NHS Emerging Leaders Programme.

My role was to lead the Marketing and Business Development strategy in addition to having business management responsibility for Private Patient services for Yeovil Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The Kingston Wing is a multi-million pound turnover business that provides a wide range of private patient services to more than 700 insured and self-pay patients each year. These patients come from Somerset, Dorset and across the UK. I was lucky to have a talented team working with me that provided the very highest quality of service to our patients and marketing leadership for the Trust.My role covered all aspects of digital and above-the-line marketing including Print, Radio, Direct Mail, Direct to healthcare professional, PPC, SEO, Email, website and partner channels.

My role at Rokk was to lead both in-house and client marketing and to be a Board Director. Rokk Media is an award winning bespoke software development, mobile app development and online marketing business. In 2014 Rokk won a UK App Design Award for iProperty Log an innovative mobile app designed to help landlords manage their properties.I work closely with our clients to find the best ways to grow their business and achieve their digital marketing goals.Rokk has offices in Exeter and London, which service our growing list of national and international clients.

My role at Atom was to deliver success across the UK's leading free business advice websites and advise major corporate clients on a variety of content marketing campaigns. Atom helps to inspire hundreds of thousands of SME's via its business content every month, which is a huge challenge, however Atom consistently deliver. A strong team and brilliant partners help continually hit their targets and those of our clients. More than 140,000 business people visit the Donut business advice sites each month (as of Feb 2013) and they're growing all the time. In addition to running its own sites Atom works with brands like HSBC, Dell, Sage, Royal Mail and Yell on a range of business content and digital marketing projects. They also work with accountants, councils, universities and lawyers to help them reach the SME sector in the UK. Atom's team are specialists in talking to small businesses especially via digital marketing channels.My role was to manage the marketing function at Atom, leading from the front and inspiring the talented team to achieve client goals as well as Atom's own internal targets.

I helped NewZapp grow from 70 clients to nearly 800 between 2005 and 2009 positioning the business as one of the leading ESP's in the UK at the time. I was responsible for all the marketing channels successfully delivering more than 200 leads each month. In addition to this, I managed a team of professionally qualified marketers, became a keynote speaker for a number of events and ultimately considered to be one of the leading email experts in the UK.

In this position I monitored the development of the business and reported monthly analysis documents to the senior management team. I successfully achieved Audit Commission validation of performance indicators for the organisation in 2005.

This position was a marketing undergraduate placement. I worked with Flybe on a number of research projects. Delivering research reports to the marketing department on both brand perception and market positioning. I eventually chose to complete my dissertation on Name Change Signalling in the Service Industry as a result of this placement. This dissertation looked at the impact that changing name and corporate identity has on the perception of consumers within the services industry.
