Head of product for the discovery and insights business unit. Ownership over the majority of the core user experience and retention developments in-app.

Joined PayPal through its acquisition of Zettle in 2018. Together with my tech and design colleagues, heading up an "alliance" of 120 people organised in 4 areas and a total of 13 teams. Responsible for two large product portfolios: In-Store POS and Partnerships (connecting Zettle merchants to partner integrations). We're building a core part of PayPal's future omni-channel commerce solution.

Joined iZettle as an early founding member of the Product team as a PM with the ambition to begin a pivot of the product from payments to commerce. My role developed from informal leader to formal leader as the company doubled and then tripled in size. Started with a team of 6 x-functional members and grew to ~100 in two years. Manage a number of direct reports and have nurtured some as first time managers themselves. Together we are building a product that attracts, engages and retains a new target group with more complex needs but higher ARPU. This target group grew significantly in 2020 (making up a significant portion of overall revenue) and has become the new Northstar focus for iZettle.

Joined as one of the early founding members of the Spotify product team around Series D stage. Growth of the organisation went from 250 to 1,500+ during my tenure. And the product team grew from ~6 to 100+. Led several product teams and efforts over 4+ years across the consumer experience of Spotify and learned a lot along the way.- Search & Browse (Led the product team responsible for the Search algorithm/experience and the "Browse" home page to discover new music. Lean-in and lean-back use cases. Conceived of and shipped Spotify genre pages, integrated ML into search to personalise search and conceived of "proxy search" which later launched as playlists appearing when searching for related tracks or artists). - Artist Experience (Launched a number of "table stakes" Spotify features still in the platform today including artist play counts, artist imagery, merchandising, and concerts).- Discover (Tested a new ML / Social driven home page concept. Announced by Daniel Ek in NYC. Failed to solve the cold start problem so we scratched it and landed with a more basic UI called "Browse").- Facebook integration (Joined only 1 month before launch of product - announced at F8. Doubled MAU in two weeks).

Founding member of the global digital development team tasked with centralizing core technologies and brand representation.
