• Drive progamme delivery through build phase to handover of complete sites.• Supervise, coordinate, monitor and manage Sub-Contractors • Act as the POC for all Site Providers throughout the build and resolve any issues. • Liaise with Site Providers and Sub Contractors on designs. Capture and document revisions and technical requirements.• QA / QC of site designs for buildability. • Update daily and weekly reports, reviewing them against the project delivery milestones, highlighting any risks.• Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations, ensuring appropriate communication of same to Project Manager.• Seek and manage Supplier quotations.• Introduce new Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for onboarding.• Ensure Supplier PO's are raised and approved prior to instructing any Supplier/Sub-Contractor to commence work on site. • Liaise and coordinate with the ESB EO with respect to the new mains power connection & metering. • Coordinate deliveries and crane lifts on site. • Coordinate, capture and present Red Lines, PCNs of the completed works by the Sub-Contractor to the Project Manager.• Ensure clients’ expectations are fulfilled, build confidence & trust. • Ensure the project is delivered to best practice H&S standards.
