My role involved working with a core team to complete a big funding application, site permission work for large scale murals, running Virtual Reality street art workshops, Organising a VR exhibition. Building and supporting relations with mural artists, overseeing their work and delivering a number of related events involving creative activities.

This role was very challenging and rewarding, White Space went from 3 employees to 16 in two years and celebrated success working with large local companies in a varied range of professional sectors. I was responsible for a team of six designers as well as servicing my own clients and helped build the company to where it is today.
