As the General Manager of Flooring Supplies UK.com and the Director of The Independent Flooring Group, I oversee the operations, sales, and customer service of two successful flooring industry businesses. I have several years experience in the flooring industry, and I have developed a strong knowledge in flooring products, tools, and accessories, as well as storage and distribution solutions.I joined Flooring Supplies UK.com in 2019 as a part-time Warehouse Manager, and quickly progressed to a full-time General Manager role in 2020. Since then, I have expanded the warehouse capacity, increased the product range, secured multiple trade and wholesale accounts, and launched an exciting project that will enhance our competitive edge. I am also a founding member and a Director of The Independent Flooring Group, a network of independent flooring companies that collaborate and support each other. My mission is to provide high-quality flooring solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction to our local trades and clients.
